helping players and coaches master technique intervention

Hello & Welcome to my Website!
I’m Paul Felton, a Human Movement specialist, a Doctor of Sports Biomechanics, and the owner of the ‘The Cricket Biomechanist’.
I have a passion for, and over 15 years experience in, researching and applying biomechanics to improve individual performance and injury risk of movements within cricket.
“Biomechanics takes the guesswork out of coaching.”
— Frank Tyson, Former England Fast Bowler & Bowling Coach
I’ll help you make better technique interventions
My mentoring approach focuses on helping you grow as a coach by deepening your understanding of movement and biomechanics.
It’s not just about telling you WHAT and HOW to correct technique but about building your knowledge and confidence to make clear and effective interventions which support your players development.
We’ll explore the WHY behind movement patterns seen in your daily practice so you can coach with more precision, consistency, and impact.
I’ll support you, challenge your thinking, and help you become the technique coach you want to be.

“To have an expert in this field working closely with me was really beneficial.”
— Cameron Green, Current Western Australia & Australia All-Rounder
